 3. TPT-Meeting in Athens

 

In April 2005 we met in Athens. Our topics were the discussion of a short text "To Put the World Together" written by Barbara Degen and visits of the museums in Athens. For these visits we formulated three tasks and questions:

  1. Find objects which tell a story from the perspective of women´s history!

  2. Look critically at the exhibitions if the exhibitions tell about women and how women are presented! Are they proud to show?

  3. Can we take pride in our women`s history as represented in museums?

After the discussion about our impressions in the museums we proposed, that every woman could make a little article for our website, if she wanted to.
